These images are of the William-L-Clements Library on the U of M Campus. I like this building because it was very grand with all the pillars in the front, and the detail was very beautiful. To take these pictures I made sure that the sun was shining on the building to achieve good lighting. I got down low or held my camera high to get different angles, making it more interesting to the eye.
Library Sketch
These pictures are of the Law Quad on the U of M Campus. I really liked these buildings because they felt sort of moody due to the stone and dark wood color. I really liked the picture of the door because of how the light was shining on it casting interesting shadows.
Stone Bricks
This building is the Ross School of Business. I liked this building because of the clean lines and modern feel it had to it. I wanted to show how this building looked from all different angles, so I titled my camera up or got close to the building to portray that.
These images are of a red barn. I liked this barn because it felt very raw and natural and I thought that the red really stood out to the eye. I wanted to capture the contrast between the bright blue sky and the red barn so I tilted my camera upward to do so.
Barn Blueprint
These images are of an old abandoned Church. I really like the big wooden door and the detail around the window. I made sure to get close to this building to capture these details.
